As a Product Communication Executive, you\u2019ll be responsible for improving the way we communicate with our customers to a broad audience, creating engaging, simple, and interesting content. Your work will be varied, and you\u2019ll need to manage multiple priorities in a busy and challenging environment. You\u2019ll work collaboratively with Marketing Managers and Product Managers, helping bring their ideas to life and aligning them with each customer journey.
Key responsibilities:
\u2022 Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for varied audiences.

\u2022 Ensure operations staff have accurate and up-to-date content to use when replying to customers across various contact channels.
