Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality, delectable dishes that satisfy our clients and customers
- Managing and executing menu updates
- Identifying areas for enhancement in our food services
- Listening to and acting on customer feedback to continually improve our offerings
- Assisting in the development of new menus and innovative culinary concepts
- Upholding the brand image of Defence
- Monitoring supplies to ensure well-stocked kitchens
- Overseeing kitchen cleanliness to maintain hygiene standards
- Adhering to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
Our Ideal Culinary Specialist Will:
- Be passionate about delicious food and outstanding customer service
- Hold relevant culinary qualifications
- Have experience in a supervisory role
- Possess a background in a similar culinary position
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
- Demonstrate flexibility in work approach
