Position: Mobile Electrical Engineer


We are collaborating with a respected Building Services and Facilities Management company, Trevett Project Services, to recruit a Mobile Electrical Engineer.


Role Overview:

In this role, you will be tasked with executing a variety of electrical engineering functions, including but not limited to single and three-phase systems, electrical motors, lighting installations, distribution boards, generators, and more, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, documenting any issues, and keeping clients updated on site activities during service visits.

It is essential to complete all necessary work documentation accurately and punctually, maintaining detailed logs of inspections, reports, and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management setting.
  • Required qualifications include the 18th Edition and Level 3 in Electrical Engineering; holding a PTS card is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work protocols, and Safe Systems of Work.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces, along with a readiness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, including proficiency in using mobile devices.
  • Candidates should be highly self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently while also enjoying teamwork.


This position offers a standard 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.


Benefits:

The salary range for this position is £36k - £42k, accompanied by a company van and fuel card, laptop/PDA, mobile phone, necessary specialized tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Additional benefits such as holidays and pension plans will be discussed during the interview process.
