Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an individual with a warm and approachable demeanor who genuinely enjoys engaging with clients to deliver enthusiastic and high-quality service.
As part of the Customer Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through the achievement of service targets.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
- Providing guidance and expertise to the network.
- Managing customer inquiries via phone and written communication in a professional manner.
- Addressing customer complaints to a high standard of compliance.
- Utilizing MS Office Suite and SAP effectively.
This position operates on a 35-hour work week with shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, and 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays every 3 to 4 weeks, with time off in lieu.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- A preference for working in a fast-paced call center.
- A quality-conscious mindset with a keen eye for detail.
