Aspire Evolve Multi Trader Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our team, specializing in work on void flats. The ideal candidate will be proficient in kitchen fitting and a range of remedial works. You will play a key role in ensuring that void properties are brought up to a high standard, ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Installation: Install new kitchens, including cabinetry, worktops, and tiling, to the highest standards.
  • Trade Skills: Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including plastering, painting, carpentry, and general handyman duties, to ensure all void flats are completed to a high standard.
  • Property Preparation: Ensure all void flats are completed to a high standard and in line with company and safety regulations, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and rectify any issues that may arise during the renovation process, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader, with a strong background in kitchen fitting and general remedial work.
  • Relevant qualifications in carpentry, plumbing, or a related trade are highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full driving license is required.
  • Must have own PPE and tools.
