Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Surveyor to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our property team, you will provide professional property advice to our clients on landlord and tenant, lease management, asset reviews, and acquisition and disposal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the property team in providing expert advice on land acquisition and asset management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of a professional property team
  • Support the Senior Property & Investment Manager in delivering complex projects, including negotiation and review of land and property assets
  • Act on behalf of asset management services and other departments within the client

Requirements:

  • Professional surveyor with experience in land acquisition and asset management
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
