Vehicle Paint Sprayer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team at TH CONSULTANTS RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS LIMITED. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work carried out is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and paint relevant areas of the vehicle, ensuring a good colour match as per estimate.
  • Ensure that all repairs are correct first time to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures to ensure objectives are met and CRS targets are achieved.
  • Report any defective items that were not covered by the original estimate to the Bodyshop Supervisor / Manager.

This is a full-time position of 42.5 hours per week, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am 12:00pm) paid at an overtime rate.
