We are seeking a skilled Removals Sales Surveyor to join our team at Red Recruit Ltd. As a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by effectively managing sales activities and assisting in branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer requirements and provide accurate quotations for domestic moves
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the entire moving process
  • Carry out video surveys and follow up on all sales estimates
  • Liaise with the operations team to plan and coordinate removal projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Work closely with the move consultants to ensure detailed information is provided regarding the move
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation for excellence in customer service
Requirements

The successful Removals Sales Surveyor will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. A Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings is essential.

We are keen to speak to people with removals sales surveying experience, who have a strong understanding of the Removals industry and sound knowledge of removal procedures, packing techniques, and moving regulations.

In return, the successful Removals Sales Surveyor will be offered a competitive salary, plus bonus and commission.
