Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading food manufacturer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing machinery to ensure smooth production and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure all work meets health, safety, and food safety standards (HACCP) to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, with experience in a food manufacturing environment.
