About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at NICE. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple complex customer-facing IT software projects and programs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead multiple customer-facing software delivery engagements, from initiation to closure, ensuring effective governance and best-of-breed practices.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams in multiple locations and time zones to ensure delivery success.
  • Provide effective communication and stakeholder management to senior stakeholders, including Steering Committees, to improve customer satisfaction and CSAT returns.
  • Proactively employ risk management across all projects and programs, identifying and mitigating risks, and actively involving clients to ensure a clear solution focus.
  • Monitor and control project scope, ensuring any deviations are addressed through re-planning and change control, safeguarding program baselines.
  • Manage costs, schedules, and quality, overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring schedule and budget are met.
  • Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery, providing feedback on lessons learned, and contributing to the development and maintenance of project management resources, processes, and tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing complex IT software projects using established project/program management disciplines and methodologies.
  • Recognized project management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, etc.
  • Experience in customer-facing program/senior project management, with a focus on client and internal stakeholder management, reporting, and team management.
  • Highly developed soft skills, capable of excellent stakeholder management, with the gravitas needed to build long-term relationships.
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent IT/software projects of varied complexity, utilizing cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
  • Previous experience in client management, crisis management, over-commitment management, prerequisites/delays tracking, and project report and action items tracking.
  • Presentation skills, able to prepare and present project status, open issues, risks, delays, defects reporting to project teams and management.
  • Ability to guide clients through challenges, proactively avoiding escalations.
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers, understand their business needs and priorities.
  • Experience in managing projects in a globally distributed matrix organization.
  • Experience in managing IT software implementation and integration projects, with a technical, IT, or telephony background being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, from team to board level.
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
