PA / Office Administrator Part Time - 4 days

This position requires a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the management team in the finance industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing full administrative support to the management team, including coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Managing correspondence and phone calls, as well as creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Tracking office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues as needed to ensure seamless team performance.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role in the finance industry.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
**What We Offer:**
- A salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
