This position requires a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the management team in the finance industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing full administrative support to the management team, including coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Managing correspondence and phone calls, as well as creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Tracking office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues as needed to ensure seamless team performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role in the finance industry.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
