Customs Coordinator Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Customs Coordinator to join our growing customs team at WR Logistics. As a Customs Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth import and export of goods through accurate data entry, customs software management, and effective stakeholder communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Create job files and accurately enter data into customs software to submit entries in a timely manner.
* Sense check data provided by customers against required sources and advise on potential errors.
* Create Import declarations through using customs software such as CDS.
* Track and monitor declaration status.
* Liaise with all stakeholders, dealing with any queries effectively and efficiently.

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a customs coordinator or equivalent.
* Previous experience working for a UK-based Freight Forwarder or Customs Broker.
* Road Freight Customs, Import and/or Export experience.
* CDS knowledge is essential.
* Knowledge of HMRC compliance and regulation is desirable.
