In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving project objectives within the constraints of time, budget, and quality. You will collaborate closely with the Aerodynamics team leaders, technical experts, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Your responsibilities will also include assisting the Aerodynamics Group Leaders with reporting, overseeing long-term team development, enhancing skill capabilities, and participating in recruitment efforts. This position offers the chance to utilize a variety of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools and methodologies, alongside proprietary performance analysis tools.

Additionally, you may have the opportunity to lead wind tunnel testing initiatives and provide support for flight trials.


The Aerodynamics team engages with a diverse array of complex flow scenarios throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed design to in-service support and integration across air, land, and sea platforms.


This role encourages collaboration within a cross-functional team, working alongside colleagues from System Design, Mechanical Design, Simulation & Modelling, and Guidance, Navigation & Control. There is also potential for collaboration with external entities such as the Ministry of Defence, other aerospace firms, and academic institutions.
