Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Technician

Location: Various commercial sites

Salary: £39,000 plus benefits package

Company Overview:
  • Join a prominent nationwide Facilities Management organization.
Role Overview:
  • Engage in a mobile role across diverse commercial locations including offices, courthouses, corporate buildings, and retail environments.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • On-call duty is scheduled at a frequency of once every seven weeks, with a standby compensation of £125.
  • Responsible for performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of air conditioning systems, including VRVs and VRFs.
  • Conduct basic mechanical repairs on Air Handling Units (AHUs).
  • Carry out general building services tasks as necessary.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Qualifications Required:
  • F-Gas certification (2079).
  • Possess City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in A/C & Refrigeration or a mechanical background.
  • Prior experience in a commercial setting is advantageous.
