Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their global finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to the company's global success.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain forecast models, KPI reporting, and analysis for key business units and international segments.
- Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and senior management to deliver insights, set forecasts, and provide operational performance reports across regions.
- Oversee and enhance reporting capabilities, managing data analysts to support core business and trading teams globally.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and support the Finance Director and Shareholders with global initiatives, leveraging technology for efficiency.
- Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent, with experience in a fast-moving consumer environment and exposure to international markets.
- Strong ability to engage with commercial teams at all levels across different cultures and regions.
- Proficient in data analysis with a solid understanding of global business operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to work with additional software such as Power BI.
