International Occupational Therapist - Neuro (HCPC Registered)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Wellington Hospital in London. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs to promote patient independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide education to patients and their families on safety and prevention strategies
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members and students

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
