About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Alexander Chapel. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales with established and new customers in the construction and building market sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and building industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of sales experience in the construction or building industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
