About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in the development and validation of cell-based assays and ELISAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate new cell-based assays and ELISAs to support quality control and analytical development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant introduction of new methods into the Quality Control production and stability groups
  • Identify areas for method improvement and implement changes to optimize assay performance
  • Manage and prioritize workload to ensure critical assays are available to meet quality control service requirements
  • Provide analytical development project support and QC support as needed
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in a relevant life science or chemistry discipline
  • Experience: Strong background in cell-based assays/ELISAs within a development or quality control/testing laboratory
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage workloads and own studies
