Your Key Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships as the go-to social media advisor for The Social Element.

• Dream up monthly and reactive content in tandem with our social creatives, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.

• Write compelling copy for all social assets, showcasing your expertise in digital storytelling.

• Ensure local market assets get legal thumbs-up and client sign-off, maintaining a high level of quality control.

• Maintain an up-to-date content calendar across all platforms, ensuring timely and accurate content scheduling.

• Identify trends and cultural moments to activate for the brand, staying ahead of the curve.

• Coordinate with the social media team for accurate and timely content scheduling, promoting a seamless workflow.

• Collaborate with the engagement team for relevant social listening insights, informing your content strategy.

• Quickly leverage TikTok trends that align with the brand's and agency goals, staying agile and responsive.

• Work closely with the wider agency team to align content with social strategy and objectives, ensuring a unified approach.

• Attend client meetings to ensure content meets expectations, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

• Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports with performance insights and actionable recommendations, driving business growth.
