Programme Details:
Aligned with our partner schools, we provide aspiring Secondary Education Facilitators with exceptional training and compensated on-the-job experience. Following a successful interview and completion of necessary checks, we strive to secure a paid position in a school to further develop your skills.

Training:
Before starting your role, you will participate in a thorough training program led by our team and school leaders, equipping you with the essential skills needed for the position.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Education Facilitator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of students in the classroom.
  • Supporting students in their learning, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.
  • Assisting in the management of classroom activities and ensuring the completion of student assignments.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively.
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress and behavior.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a core subject area.
  • A solid understanding of the UK Curriculum.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with children and young people.
  • A strong commitment to improving educational outcomes.
  • An understanding of the importance of child safety.

Commitment:
We expect candidates to demonstrate a commitment to completing required training and engaging in ongoing professional development. An enhanced DBS check and enrollment in the Update Service will be necessary.
