About the Role

ARCA Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a global leader in mobility technology within the automotive industry to recruit a Senior Electrified Powertrain Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to enhance, test, and refine the performance of their Electrified Powertrain for future vehicle programs.
  • Plan and execute testing tasks primarily on developmental rigs, delivering clear and concise data analysis, and providing reports and recommendations to customer teams, with a focus on, but not limited to, EDU (Electric Motor, Power Electronics).
  • Assume the role of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to test facilities and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the testing campaign from defining requirements through data analysis and reporting.
  • Process and analyse data to inform engineering decisions.
  • Provide daily summary updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Background in powertrain development or testing.
  • Familiarity with Electric Drive Unit and battery systems.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
