City Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join their team in the south east of England. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance works, utilizing your skills in carpentry, tiling, and maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carry out reactive maintenance works, including carpentry, tiling, and other maintenance tasks.
- Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and site staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting the company's quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum level 2 NVQ in a relevant trade.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Van and fuel card provided.
- Overtime available.
- Pay negotiable based on experience.
