About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Parogon Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service standards across our restaurants.

As a leader, you will be expected to develop and implement culinary strategies that align with our company values and mission. You will work closely with our General Manager and brigade to ensure seamless kitchen operations and provide guidance and support to your team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary menus and recipes that meet our high standards
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Collaborate with our General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team members
