Quality Assurance Engineer for Electronics

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s quality management systems, ensuring that our products and services meet both customer expectations and established industry standards.

This role emphasizes a commitment to continuous improvement while adhering to all internal processes across various departments, thereby maintaining our esteemed global brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and uphold quality certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, and various hazardous area product approvals.
  • Ensure timely progress of audits, non-conformances, and equipment calibrations.
  • Supervise the development, modification, and maintenance of standards for quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Assess current standards and establish expectations for the quality and reliability of finished products.

Educational Requirements:

  • A minimum of HNC or equivalent in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Completion of auditor training, CQI-IRCA ISO 9001:2015 or similar.
  • Level 5 qualification or higher in Quality Assurance.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing quality processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Knowledge of quality management practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TQM, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
