#### Job Summary

Example Recruitment Group is working with a leading Social Housing services provider to recruit a permanent Domestic Gas Supervisor covering domestic gas contracts in the Kent and South-east London areas.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Verify LGSRs and maintain a schedule of rates
* Conduct quality control checks and supervise Gas Engineers
* Collaborate with Contracts Managers to provide support when necessary

#### Key Skills and Knowledge

* Attending technical jobs with engineers
* Conducting Tech Tests, Induction Calls, and WIP and Post Visits
* Managing daily manifests for multi-part ordering, material reports, and VO reports
* Facilitating online training and conducting Intro Calls with engineers
* Investigating high-level complaints and attending properties if required
* Issuing kit to engineers and conducting daily calls with CDMs
* Monitoring KPIs and reviewing engineers not hitting targets
* Ensuring new starters have visits on their first day/week
* Recording safety concerns on a log

#### About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring a Technical Supervisor for Domestic Gas with relevant domestic gas qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying LGSRs, maintaining a schedule of rates, and conducting quality control checks. They will also supervise Gas Engineers and collaborate with Contracts Managers to provide support when necessary.
