About the Role

This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in carrying out their duties effectively and efficiently.

The Opportunity

This role will be supporting our Engineering executive board member in the execution of their position, also picking up a variety of other tasks and supporting the wider Engineering Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the CTO and Engineering executive board member
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Managing expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Developing and implementing effective organizational systems and processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with booking expenses systems
