Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Norwich. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a young adult with complex medical needs in a family setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our client, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and leisure activities
  • Support our client with their complex medical needs, including administering medication and monitoring their condition
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with our client, their family, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with children or young adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
