Plumbing and Heating Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating products, providing quotations for customers, purchasing materials, and managing stock levels for the category.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and sound product advice to customers
- Deal with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
- Take a proactive approach to plumbing and heating sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale
- Manage stock levels for the category and purchase materials as needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets
To be successful in this role, you will need to have sound plumbing and heating product knowledge and previous sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant environment or a builders' merchant environment. You will also need to be confident dealing with customers, have the ability to build great customer relationships, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
