As a Property Lettings Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering a customer-centric lettings service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers during the conclusion of their tenancies and facilitating the lettings process for new applicants.

In the housing sector, your contributions can significantly impact lives. The role of the Property Lettings Consultant encompasses:

Evaluating and determining the suitability of potential tenants in line with Citizen's Policies and Procedures, while collaborating with Senior Lettings Consultants.

Ensuring timely advertising and shortlisting of properties.

Engaging effectively with local authorities regarding the management and administration of choice-based lettings and nomination schemes.

Providing a top-notch service in allocations, lettings, and management of vacant properties.

Guaranteeing that vacant properties are re-let according to the allocations policy and within established timeframes to meet targets.

Facilitating sustainable lettings through thorough shortlisting and eligibility assessments, ensuring that new tenants can maintain their tenancies.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with local authorities concerning Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
Ensuring that operational processes function smoothly to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

As a Property Lettings Consultant, we require you to possess:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational abilities to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
A high level of self-motivation, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Experience in a social housing environment in a similar or related capacity.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
We would be particularly enthusiastic if you have:
Experience in social housing allocations, lettings, and void management.
Knowledge of best practices in allocations, lettings, and void management.
