About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join our team at Halfords, the UK's leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting MOT tests and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MOT tests on light vehicles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £30,900 - £33,000 per annum
  • An average uncapped bonus of £5,800 per year (with potential to earn more)

Requirements
  • Current MOT Testing Licence (No licence? Other opportunities available for Mechanic's & Technician's, contact one of our team on careers@halfords.co.uk for more details)
  • Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points
  • Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT's
