GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Financial Administrator to join their growing team in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an Independent Financial Practice and possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling new business applications and supporting the preparation of suitability reports.
  • Scheduling client reviews and providing administrative support to Advisors.
  • Managing incoming calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within an IFA practice or a similar financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of financial procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
  • Proficient in IT and able to learn new systems quickly.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000.
