**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Limited. As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract with sites around London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings
  • Perform routine checks and tests on electrical systems
  • Identify and report faults with building services equipment
  • Carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance tasks
  • Maintain and update log books and CAFM systems
  • Work unsupervised to a high quality and meet deadlines
  • Escort specialist subcontractors as required

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with experience in electrical and mechanical principles and systems
  • Good communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
