Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Coordinator to join our team at a leading global manufacturing firm. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to advance their careers in procurement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the local production team and the centralized procurement department.
  • Evaluate and implement cost-saving strategies within the supply chain.
  • Lead initiatives such as dual sourcing and Vendor Management Inventory (VMI).
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Project management experience and proficiency in IT systems are advantageous.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of £45K - £50K based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
