  • Managing and creating content for 7 social media channels, working closely with a content creator to deliver high-quality content
  • Implementing a content-first approach across all channels, ensuring consistency and cohesion
  • Analyzing engagement metrics and working closely with the paid social and PPC manager to optimize performance
  • Driving content strategy and collaborating with team members to create a collaborative and creative process
  • Managing website copy and blogs, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Leading a content team while still being able to create engaging content in both still and video formats
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to develop creative PR campaigns and engaging social media content
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and social media platforms, with experience in analyzing social media metrics to drive improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
