Connect Plus Services (CPS) is seeking a Data Architect to spearhead our data strategy and ensure its alignment with business objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we collect, manage, and utilize data across the organization. Your expertise in data architecture, modeling, and governance will be instrumental in driving informed decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate-level data strategy that supports business goals and objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex data models tailored for business intelligence initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage a robust data governance framework, promoting data quality and integrity.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis, influencing key decisions at the corporate level.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Experience/Criteria Required:

  • Proven experience leading technology teams and driving successful data initiatives within a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend business needs and translate them into actionable data strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling clear and concise articulation of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with data modeling techniques, particularly for business intelligence reporting and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data challenges.

Technologies:

Proficiency in Amazon AWS, Redshift, Power BI, MS SQL Server, and networking fundamentals is essential.
