We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Delivery team as a Driver Installer or Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and installing a wide range of home furnishings, electrical products, and sports equipment to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and install products to customers' homes, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and follow defect reporting procedures.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates on the status of their deliveries.
- Install and disconnect white goods, assemble flat pack furniture, and perform other services as required.
- Offer to take away packaging and complete end-of-day vehicle checks.
- A valid C1 driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
- Previous driving experience and a good understanding of road safety.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
