About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HGV Driver to join our team as a Streetscape HGV Driver - Band 5 (SCP18) in our Waste Management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting waste in South Shields, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) to collect waste in South Shields
  • Ensure that all waste is collected and disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
