Job Summary

TeacherActive is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR partnership and support to our management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement HR Initiatives
    • Design and implement HR initiatives that align with our overall business objectives
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement organisational strategies
  • HR Consultancy and Policy Guidance
    • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigations and Compliance
    • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations where required
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Talent Management and Change Management
    • Support the performance appraisal process
    • Provide guidance and assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
    • Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights
    • Use data to help predict and diagnose organisational issues and develop solutions
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Provide guidance on pay and other remuneration issues

Requirements

  • CIPD Qualified
    • At least two years of experience in a similar role, one year of which operating as a business partner (or similar)
  • Business Acumen and Problem-Solving
    • Proven strong business acumen
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Organisational Skills and IT
    • Well organised with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills, with proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools
  • Integrity and Adaptability
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality
    • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Numerical and Analytical Skills
    • A good level of numerical and analytical skills
