About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and trust disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising trustees/executors, private banks, individuals, and charities on trust and will/estate disputes
  • Handling a diverse range of cases, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and trust disputes
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Working closely with the Litigation team to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of probate law and practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual
