  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store objectives, empowering management teams through training and support.
  • Analyze and review store performance, KPIs, expenses, and P&L accounts to ensure profitability and meet budgeted targets.
  • Conduct commercial analysis of the area, including pricing, campaigns, and competitor product changes.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational projects, such as Omnichannel retailing, RFID, and logistics.
  • Ensure all stores have necessary technological tools, including ZEBRA, IPAD/TABLET, mobile phones, and laptops.
  • For Firm stores, mentor and advise franchisees on purchasing, after-sales, and general follow-up, making regular visits and helping optimize sales.
Product and Merchandising

Review store product needs and ensure proper replenishment to maintain profitability.

  • Monitor best-seller reports and support teams with analysis, facilitating product transfers between stores and managing requests for PICOS, blocking/unblocking, and other actions to increase sales.
  • Contribute new ideas to increase sales in stores.
  • Collaborate with the People department on team management and development, including recruiting, onboarding, performance, development, compensation, training, employee care, motivation, detecting potential, H&S, and employment.
  • Detect potential and talent in store management teams and take responsibility for their training and development to turn them into high performers.
  • Provide regular feedback to teams on their work, promoting talent and development, and create action plans as needed.
  • Determine the FTEs each store needs to be profitable, productive, and efficient, ensuring adequate planning of working hours according to the budget.
  • Ensure correct implementation and compliance with H&S regulations by store management teams.
Customer Experience and Omnichannel Retailing

Support and promote the digital transformation of physical stores.

  • Collect customer data to identify, retain, and adapt to their needs to improve sales.
  • Facilitate the development of pilot/PoC and implementation of improvements in customer experience and new store concepts, providing feedback and ideas for improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels reach and/or exceed targets set by the Company (mystery shopper, satisfaction surveys, etc.).
