Job Title: Agency Chef Work

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and production of food, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our residents and team members.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager and Chef Manager to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Liaise with approved suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of orders, maintaining appropriate stock levels and budget control.
  • Assist with the Food Safety Management System, ensuring regular cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment, and appliances to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Practice safe systems of work, assessing risk and having due regard for personal safety of residents, visitors, and team members.
