About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled MP&L Analyst to contribute to our team in Minworth/Birmingham. As a key member of our shipping and receiving team, you will be responsible for creating mailing labels, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, and verifying incoming shipments by scanning barcodes into computer programs. You will also prepare shipping documents, maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure delivery success while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer routine and non-routine inquiries and perform duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
- Implement and monitor all appropriate materials systems.
- Update trailer reports and team boards.
- Receive and release trailers for receipt in the system.
- Complete problem resolution reports for carrier claims, missing ASN's, and vendor discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate upcoming customer needs.
- Ensure all inbound transportation windows are met.
- Coordinate with operations for shipments and expedites.
- Ensure all outbound transportation windows are met; escalate issues as required.
- Confirm to the processes and requirements of our integrated management systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills at all levels within syncreon and the customer supply base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good knowledge of MS Office.
