Job Description

Debt Recovery Field Agent - Self-Employed Commission Only

About the Role

A field-based role where you will visit debtors' homes/businesses to collect payments.

You will need to pass a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process and hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit debtors' homes/businesses to collect payments
  • Pass a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence

Requirements

  • Conflict Resolution/Management Objection handling
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
  • Resilient, Ethical and Professionalism
  • Ability to Organise and Prioritise - work in a Strategic Manner Independently
  • Confident in a Commission Only/Self-Employed environment
  • Willingness to Learn and Develop
