About the Role

Moston is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving performance, data management, and reporting within our fast-paced and reactive Facilities Management environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and collaborate with Operational Heads to ensure key metrics, dates, and targets are met using the CAFM system.
  • Build strong relationships with Operational, Projects, and Technical Service teams to ensure contract quality and performance are upheld.
  • Write and manage both internal and external reports, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Manage data reports in Maximo or other CAFM systems and assist with the planning and monitoring of digital tool development projects.
  • Support the performance team by creating, uploading, and automating regular reports on electronic management systems.
  • Maintain digital filing systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of training workshops to operational teams.
  • Assist with performance analysis and auditing work order data to drive improvements.
  • Support the organisation and development of new projects, such as Maximo reporting upgrades using Power BI tools.
  • Prepare and template regular report sets, such as daily operational analyses and monthly/quarterly contract reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Facilities Management environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
