We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at ISS UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a vital role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service to our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Emptying waste bins, replacing bin liners, and transporting waste material to designated areas.
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Suction cleaning carpeted areas and spot cleaning carpets.
- Using electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish, and spray clean floors.
- Replenishing consumable items, such as soap, toilet rolls, sanitizer, hand lotion, and paper towels.
- Cleaning toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, and showers.
- Using chemical agents as directed by the Supervisor in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures.
- Cleaning kitchen areas, including fridges and drinks machines, and replenishing kitchen hand towels and tea towels.
- Ensuring all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly.
- Ensuring a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards.
