Job Overview

Oxford University Hospitals Foundation Trust is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic staff member to support the delivery of its new Oxfordshire Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) service.

A network of locally delivered TLHC services is being set up nationally to tackle lung cancer and health inequality. Lung Cancer typically presents late but can be detected at an early stage using a low dose CT scan. It is closely associated with smoking, and smoking prevalence is generally higher in economically challenged areas.

Main Duties
  1. Support extraction of participant lists for the Targeted Lung Health Check Programme and ensure their accurate integration with the Programme's tracking system.
  2. Support development, production, and interpretation of the information needed by the Trust for the management of, and outcome reporting of the Programme.
  3. Develop expertise in data systems contributing to the work of the Targeted Lung Health Check service, and a comprehensive understanding of how this fits into related internal and external systems.
