Job Summary

The OCW Coordinator will play a crucial role in the implementation and administration of Human Appeal's orphan sponsorship program. This includes streamlining all sponsorship custom-related systems and reporting, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and close communication with various departments and offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and administration of the Orphans Sponsorship Programme
  • Ensuring all required systems, tools, and documentation are in place for the smooth running of the OCW Programme
  • Maintaining regular and strong communication channels with Human Appeal Regional Offices and internal departments
  • Achieving year-on-year increases in the acquisition and retention of donors to the Orphans Sponsorship Programme

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data verification, and database management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and its data structure is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
