Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Corby or Kettering

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Full Time

Type: Permanent and Onsite

Start Date: Flexible for notice periods

Hiring: 2 x Candidates

We have fantastic opportunities for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy Legal 500 recognised team, based at either our Corby or Kettering office.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including:

  1. Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
  2. Freehold property
  3. Development land
  4. Agricultural property
  5. Leases
  6. Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
  7. Dealing with commercial lenders
