Compliance Oversight Manager

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Compliance Oversight Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business partners align with our conduct risk appetite.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage conduct risk appetite across our business partners
  • Oversee due diligence of outsourcing arrangements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including senior management and internal teams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Chair meetings with senior management to discuss compliance matters
  • Oversee and coordinate product assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Produce and present management information to committees and senior leadership
