About The Role
As a Kitchen Porter at The Fox at Oddington, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment across the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery
- Ensure pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are put back into service as quickly as possible
- Wash and disinfect kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly stored
- Organize the storeroom
- Ensure cleaning rotas are followed and adhered to at all times
- Remove and recycle waste from the kitchen
- Comply with store internal audit requirements
